Hello!! ;D

It's have been a really long time for me to not blogging..=X

sorry..I was busying with my studies and moody in the past few weeks..

cause i was very homesick..

but now I'm much better..=)

although I'm still thinking of my home most of the times..

 i really miss Malaysia..especially my room..LOL~

and of course everyone here...my family, loved one, friends, food and weather..

since i have not written any article for such a long time, I have also forgotten most of the interesting stuffs that happened in the past few weeks. So, let me talk about the 1st ball that i attended yesterday..XD

New Hall Ball - the annual resident hall ball..

It's my 1st time for this..I have to admit that I never been to a ball or prom night, never dress up so formal,never makeup(by myself), never wear high-heel (especially for ceilidh dance)...

if u dont know what is ceilidh, goggle it or watch youtube about it...i bet u'll be amaze of how i dance with high-heel..or maybe not..><

haha~

alright, let's start..

hmm..from the preparation..

Yuan Chun came to find me at 6+pm, then we had our dinner with my neighbor also classmate, Nat (a thai boy)..

Chinese food delivery..as usual me n yuan yuan ordered Shanghai fried rice..and Nat ordered Szechuan dish..

the dinner was so fun when Nat 'cried' because of the spiciness! OMG! i cant imagine how spicy the thing was..(thai people..spicy.try to think..) I never know that food in St Andrews will be so spicy..lol! next time i'm going to challenge the szechuan dishes..

after the dinner, i thought it's still early to dress up so..two of us chitchatted..talking non-sense..

then yuan yuan went to prepare first..and she urged me to put on my dress..

aiya..ok lor..change 1st..make up later..

but!! luckily we started early..u know what!!

we used almost 2 hours to prepare..it's so irritating for me to apply make-up..

i really hate it! ggrrrhhh!! troublesome..

i really wish i were a man : just tuxedo, tie, formal shoes...what else?

maybe style the hair..no more..

no need to make-up..

simple and save time..@@

think of it..i'm still dislike make-up for formal events..GRH!!!!

after that..we departure..=)

funny things again..the bus driver don't know the way to the hotel!! WTH!!

luckily someone got phone with GPS..

and several "wildcats" on the bus..hmm..quite scary i think..the way they spoke..

just like wanting to start a fight or what..wooo~

upon arrival..Fairmore Hotel, 5 stars hotel in St Andrews...^^

went in with ticket wrist band.."A night in Vegas", the theme of the ball..

I dont dress up like i'm going to Vegas..hot and sexy types..NO!100% not my cup of tea..

What a nice place..there are a room for casino, DJ dancing room, band/ ceilidh room, panini(food) room and the most important one, Chocolate Fountain!!! 

the 1st place i went sure is the chocolate fountain..;DD

waaaa~ chocolate fountain..have to 'fight' to get close it..=.=

hehe~ just tried toffee, strawberry and marshmallow..

yor! super sweet! i'm going to the dentist during summer..@@

then went to the ceilidh room..and dance..-.-'''

it's not polite to reject people who asked you..but after that...gosh! my legs hurt!!!!

and the chinese saying goes.."冤家路窄"...

danced with the one who i dislike during the second dance..=.=

nevermind..i learned not to hate people so much..hng!!

then we just walked around..taking photos...talking..

bla bla bla~

then the DJ started..wohoo~

dance dance dance...

i stepped on people legs for x times..Sorry..

I think it must be very painful..

danced with friends..laughed..

haha!

quite a nice experience..but will i go to this type of event again?? need to consider deeply..

seem like not my taste..

actually nothing much there..

we went at 10pm+

just friends..talking, laughing, taking photos..maybe some dancing..

so we went back at 1am+...

cant leave too early..cause the bus wait till it's full then it's ll go back..

that's all..1 more thing, i dont drink alcohol..^^

conclusion:

it's a new experience for me..glad that i went there..and unbelievably Issac lets me go..

i was no planning to go but he's sort like an encouragement for me to go..wakaka!

and my sister for a little tips on make-up..

my friends-yuan yuan & shiyin..thanks for advice on dress, make-up and accessories..

It was a great night..
